Job Description :
Control for implementation HR-GA policy and procedures
Effective manpower planningand timely recruitment staff and above
Process, evaluate, and propose to employee performance appraisal, annually, or end of probation / contract
Investigating and resolving workplace issues
Develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends
Responsible for the task related with employee relation, including compensation and benefit, employee welfare, policy socialization, etc
Responsible and supervise general affair operational tasks.

Requirements :
Maximal age is 45 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Law. Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s) : Human relations, psychological interviewing, psychological profiling, benefits and compensation, employee and labor relations, Employee relations.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
High integrity, honest, tenacious, trustworthy, and hardworking person
Have a strong Leadership and good communication skill
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Able to work with team or individually
Able to analyze and handle problems with good problem solving skill.

Functional context
Satunama is working for Indonesian future welfare society. One of the strategies is through people empowering. The work of people empowering is based on Satunama perspective on rights, respect, and resilience. Satunama partners are spread in Central Java and D.I. Yogyakarta, but not limited to Java only. Satunama people empowering department work closely with the community as its direct partners. The primary process of this position is following the common project cycle in the context of empowerment program.

Result Areas
Program implementation: based on target achievement and assignments, include preparing, directing, designing, and monitoring planning and implementation of the project.
Project development: Developing services according to Satunama strategic planning and according to partners need.
Financial resilience: Financial independent.

Knowledge, experiences and competencies
1.     Relevant education level of working and thinking or relevant work experience (minimum 5 years in development and empowerment issue)
2.     Expertise in sustainable farming or environment
3.     Work experience in multicultural environment
