Tasks Details: 

1. Health check of all the services (Application and System) being hosted by IMImobile for CUSTOMER and sending a daily KPI sheet in predefined manner.
2. List of all the issues and coordinating with Level3 Support at IMImobile Hyderabad office for closure.
3. Patch update on staging and testing of the bug and corresponding impact modules. 
4. Production Patch update and sanity testing of the application. 
5. Regression testing of all the services regularly (monthly). 
6. Coordinating with CUSTOMER Business and Tech teams for new Change Requests. Understanding the CR, communicating the same to IMImobile Hyderabad team. Collecting timelines for the CR and communicating to CUSTOMER accordingly. Tracking the delivery of this requirement and ensuring that it is delivered as per plan. 
7. Staging and Production update of the CRs and testing thoroughly. 
8. Daily report to client on open issues and open CRs along with the status in predefined format. 
9. Managing client communication in case of major issues.
