AHome Furniture Semarang, a growing furniture manufacturer, is looking for Human Resource Manager & Mandarin Translator.
1. Human Resources
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in group human resources management 5 years experience
- Responsible for the management of each module of human resources and provide human resources protection for the development of the Group's business.
- Improve the relevant rules and regulations of human resources, and supervise the implementation to ensure the order of conduct
- Organize the implementation of recruitment, training, performance, compensation and employee relationship management.
- Evaluate and coordinate with all departments to improve their business capabilities and quality of work.
- Handling personnel issues in the company.
2. Indonesia-Chinese Translator.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing the Chinese translation
- Daily check and translation of relevant information
- Responsible for the daily communication and translation
- Responsible for the daily work translation of senior executives;
- Other temporary foreign affairs reception and on-site translation
- Responsible for the general affairs of the general manager and work trips (reception of important guests, handling of letters and calls, organization of meetings, preparation of materials and materials, travel arrangements and implementation);
- Responsible for the foreign-related reception work, assisting the leaders in handling business negotiations and various reports, and accompanying leaders to attend the meeting.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in Chinese language.
- Familiar with wood working industry
- Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing, to ensure the accuracy of translation.
