PT GAC Samudera Logistics saat ini sedang membutuhkan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Product Return Staff 
a. Job Descriptions
- Processing product return database received from Warehouse Admin
- Identify and calculate the value and Value Added Tax (VAT) of product return
- Report the product return value and its VAT to client’s finance department for Good Issue (GI)
- Other ad-hoc works as required by client’s finance department in regards to product return

b. Qualifications
- Ability to operate Ms. Excel
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance and accounting fields
- Good communication skill
- SAP experience is preferable
- Knowledge in Value Added Tax (VAT) is a plus

2. Invoicing Staff
c. Job Descriptions
- Receive POD (Proof of Delivery) document from Warehouse and Transport Staffs
- POD data entry for creating invoice and its supporting document to customer
- Delegate Messengers for delivering and collecting invoice to and from customers
- Other ad-hoc works as required by client’s finance department for invoicing purpose

d. Qualifications
- Advanced administration skill
- Ability to operate Ms. Office – Excel & Word are must
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance invoicing
- SAP experience is preferable
- Tidy and detailed oriented
