Sustainability Development Assistant Manager - Shoe Manufacture (Serang)
Job Descriptions:
- Develop the implementation of SMK3L and increase human resources competencies
- Ensure and oversee the operation of SMK3L in the company in accordance with legal regulations and CLS
- Establish communication links between departments, centers, trade unions and government agencies
- Implement the applicable K3L and Energy standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree's in K3 Management from reputable university
- 5-year experience in related field
- Possess Ahli K3 and other K3L certificate
- Possess certificate as Internal Auditor (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, SMK3, Energy, etc.)
- Possess certificate as Industrial Hygiene Utama
- Well-understood of K3L and Energy Law and risk assessment methods
- Possess good communication, leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving
Allowances:
- Transport
- Housing
- Medical
- Shuttle bus from office to certain place in Jakarta on weekend (vice versa), dormitory
- BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for medical insurance are provided
- Operational car will be provided when needed (for business trip)
- 3-times-a-day meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is provided in canteen
