*HR People Development Manager* 
Job Description: 

• Design and implement the recruitment strategy, 
• Identify training development needs of all employees throughout the organization including training needs analysis surveys, 
• Manage Performance management process, 
• Develop Talent Management System. 

Requirement: 

• Age < 40 years, 
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
