Responsible as general
- Budget planning: Prepares annual marketing budget for Architectural market sector for preparation of brochures / collaterals / shade cards / Panels etc…Prepares plan for specification project sales. Also prepare rolling forecast for effective raw material planning for project sales.
- Monitoring of Specification sales: Ensures follow up on project specification throughout specification hierarchy with help from technical / operations / sales team to ensure specified job is completed.
- Plans, monitors, participates in and reports on the execution of the sales activities conducted with regard to the designated customers.
- Systematically screen market for new opportunities, maintain lead pipeline and prioritize lead sources based on highest win potential
- Cascades the information to the designated customers on the features and benefits of the available products/services
- Manages the relationships with the existing key customers and mobilizes mutual profitability growth.
- Negotiation: Negotiate with Govt depts. / Architects / Specifiers / Builders / Developers on project specification using all available tools & efforts are put towards more & more upward specification.
- New product introduction: Present new product introduction presentation to upstream specifiers
Job Requirements
- Min.Diploma degree (any disciplines)
- Experience 3 years in paint decorative project sales base on building contruction or consultant (architect), Automotive
- Good selling skill
- Able to communicate in English
- Domicile area in Jakarta
