Financial Planning and Analysts

Opportunity calling from one of the local companies (Indonesian conglomerate), which has a core business in consumer goods. They are looking for a Financial Planning and analysts. As the Financial Planning and analysts that actively engaged in controlling finance division and in charge of company reporting process for company business Directly report to CFO.

Requirements
- Has experienced at least 2 years in big 4 is a must.
- Has experienced 4 years in Manufacturing in the finance-related role will be another advantage.

Responsibilities
1. Oversee and ensure that finance division activity complies with applicable regulation and procedures.
2. Organize the company’s budget and forecasting in a yearly basis. Comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward
3. Manage statutory and monthly reporting
4. Monitoring company expenses and develop a spending strategy.
5. Considering opportunities for the company to expand or grow. Mapping out growth plans, including capital expenditures and investments. Generating three- to five-year financial forecasts.
