Urgently needed:
Key responsibilities:
- Developing strategies and solutions for filing company licenses (BPOM, MUI, Organic Indonesia, Company Business Licenses).
- Accompany the annual audit process of the licensing agency
- Taking care of all regulatory requirements from/for other departments
- Organizing soft and hard data storage
- Taking care of purchasing and logistic process (import & local)
- Liaise with a graphic designer for design and content of the company’s product and promotion material

Key requirements:
- Flexibility, open for new tasks, high responsibility
- Good English both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Strong time management skills

Education:
- Preferably pharmacy graduate and has a valid pharmacist practice license (SIPA – Surat Izin Praktek Apoteker)
