GA SUPERVISOR

DESCRIPTION & JOB DETAILS

Requirements:

• Age Max 37 years
• S1 Any Major
• Minimum 3 years of work experience at the Supervisor level in GA Position.
• Must be able to speak English well, preferably able to speak Mandarin.
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Having SIM A is preferable.
• Willing to work in Cikarang but must be ready to Visit & Work to all HCI Plants in Indonesia.

Responsibilities ;

• Responsible for rent, utilities, as well as office and operational equipment.
• Liaise with external vendors and negotiate the purchase of office supplies and equipment in accordance with the company’s purchasing policy and budget.
• Organizing and maintaining office facilities, including the company building, vehicles, electronic equipment, pantry, and stationery.
• Maintaining and updating the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
• Administrative support for travel arrangements and bookings.
• Maintaining SOPs related to expense claims & purchasing policies.
