structuring , financial modelling and debt raising for special projects such as acquisitions or mergers
supporting business unit in all fund raising exercise
financial and business planning for new business or ventures or general business expansion
cash management and cash flow planning for holding and unit business
advisory on treasury matters, banking, and foreign exchange
debt and capital markets fund raising for the company
evaluation of invesments opportunities for the company
maintain good relationships with banks and investors

Requirement :
Min Bachelor Degree in accounting, Management, Business, Finance
Male/Female Max 35
Having min 7 years experience in the related field
having working experience with similiar industries
Can communicate well in English both oral and written
good understanding to build financial model
good analytical and strong leadership
able to work with deadline

making the company's finance report
reporting all financial transactions
Conducting corporate financial transactions
Make payments to suppliers & customers
Connecting with internal or external parties related to corporate financial activities
Controlling financial activities / corporate financial transactions
