 Qualification: 
1. Bachelor Degree, All major 
2. 5 - 7 years experience in Compensation & Benefit 
3. Detailed oriented 
4. Data analyst 
5. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-Power point), SAP, HRIS 
6. Able to work in a team 

 Job Description : 
1. Handling HRM, attendace, BPJS, payroll 
2. Maintain the relationship with Goverment (Disnaker, BPJS) 
3. Conduct projects related to C&B 

 Work location : Jl. Raya Serang KM 71, Tambak, Kibin, Serang - Banten 
Work day : Monday - Friday (07.30 - 16.00), Saturday (07.30 - 12.30)
