Position :
1. Finance Accounting Manager
Job Description :
- Bertanggung jawab atas semua laporan pencatatan & aktivitas akuntansi setiap bulannya kepada direktur
- Mempersiapkan anggaran tahunan, Analisa perbedaan laporan keuangan & memiliki inisiatif terhadap tindakan perbaikan
- Menjaga keamanan keuangan dengan membangun pengendalian internal
- Mengontrol aktivitas keuangan seperti cash flow dan kebijakan investasi pembayaran, pengaturan asuransi, audit dan kontrak administrasi
- Mempersiapkan transaksi rekonsiliasi AP, AR, TAX & Bank
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kontrol internal dan pengeluaran ekternal.
- Mengawasi semua pendapatan, pengeluaran & inventory
- Mengatur Tax, Accounting & Finance, Payroll
Job Requirements :
- S1 Akuntansi
- IPK minimal 3.0
- Laki-laki, usia 35 - 40 tahun
- Pengalaman di bidang retail furniture (preferable)
- Memahami tax import
- Memiliki (Brevet A & B)
- Minimal berpengalaman 3-5 tahun sebagai Finance & Accounting manager
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris dengan lancar.
2. Branch Head (Sofware Engineer/IT) (Semarang)
Job Description :
- Direct all operational aspects, including sales, marketing, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and collection
- Meet sales target and other Branch’s goals
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs
Job Requirements :
- Max 40 years old
- Having knowledge about Credit Processing, Sales, and Collection
- Strong leadership, good analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
- Required Skill(s): Marketing, Communication, mandatory fluent in English
- Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking / Financial / Retail Services or equivalent
3. Quality Assurance (Software Engineer/IT Company) (Jakarta Selatan)
Job Description :
- Collaborate with the software engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Create test cases based on the agreed test plans
-Execute the test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results -Create QA reports and file bug tickets based on the outcome of QA test cycles.
- Reproduce bugs and provide the steps in detail in the bug tickets
-Provided feedback to the software engineers around UX based on test outcomes.
-Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
Job Requirements :
-Proven experience as a Quality Assurance or Software Tester or similar role for 2 years
-Familiarity with Agile frameworks and QA Testing Methodologies
-Ability to document and reproduce bugs as well as to create well-written reports
-Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr, or TestRail)
-Excellent communication skills -Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
-Strong organizational skills
