Designer:
Job Description:
•  Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
•  Plans concept by studying information and materials.
•  Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
•  Obtains approval of concept by submitting a rough layout for approval.
•  Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors.
•  Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
•  Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment.
•  Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
•  Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
•  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Admin Legal:
Job Description:
•  Responsible for corporate legal matters including prepare, draft, review, revise and negotiate to any company’s agreement/contract/MOU both in English or Bahasa, including checking on legal supporting documents
•  Reviewing legal documents
•  Establish, manage and maintain a relationship with Company Lawyer, and handling company legal cases as necessary
•  Prepare policies and procedures related to compliance matters to ensure all internal or external business activity complies with the prevailing laws and regulation
•  Provide assistance or support to internal or external auditor’s activities, as necessary
•  Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports

Requirement:
•  Bachelor of Laws (at least one years of working experiences in related position)
•  Excellent English communication skills (writing and speaking)
•  Excellent understanding and knowledge regarding company internal policies and procedures under applicable laws and regulations
•  Smart and pragmatic in recognizing business consequences in terms of law
•  Excellent drafting skills in composing letters regulations and company procedures

Business Development:
Job Description:
•  Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
•  Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
•  Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
•  Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
•  Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
•  Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
•  Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
•  Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
•  Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline by following with targets
•  Develop strategies and positions by analysing new venture integration

Requirement:

Accounting Staff:
Job Description:
•  Initiates AP workflows for all invoices to be paid, post approved invoices for payment and processes for payment via wire, ACH or check.
•  Monitors workflow approvals to insure payments on time before vendor due dates
•  Answers vendor and staff inquiries
•  Assists with loan funding workflows and loan boarding onto Yardi as needed
•  Records and reconciles borrower deposits daily and completes monthly reconciliation
•  Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, management reports, and supporting schedules as required
•  Perform analysis to verify accuracy to accounting records
•  Use judgment and professional skills in determining appropriate procedures for preparation of accounting records, transactions, and reporting
•  Research and resolve problems about accounting records, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and policies
•  Apply policies and procedures and bring inconsistencies and problems to management’s attention
•  Assist with financial audits
•  Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
•  Perform month-end and year-end close processes
•  Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
•  Forecast costs and revenues
•  Manage tax payments
•  Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
•  Analyse financial trends
•  Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
•  Organize internal audits
•  Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)

Requirement:
•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
•  A minimum of one year of experience as a Staff Accountant
•  Ability to meet assigned deadlines
•  Ability to perform multiple assignments
•  Highly detail-oriented
•  Excellent oral and written communication skills (Bahasa and English)
•  Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
•  Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and External vendors to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving and results

Customer Service:
Job Description:
