Position : 

1.Branch Head 
Job Description : 
- Direct all operational aspects, including sales, marketing, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and collection 
- Meet sales target and other Branch’s goals
 - Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales
 - Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities 
- Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation 
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs

Job Requirements : 
- Max 40 years old
- Having knowledge about Credit Processing, Sales, and Collection 
- Strong leadership, good analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
- Required Skill(s): Marketing, Communication, mandatory fluent in English 
- Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking / Financial / Retail Services or equivalent 

2. Sales Corporation (Education & Languange Company) (Jakarta Pusat)
 Job Description :
- Achieve monthly sales goals 
- “Targeted telemarketing” to international organizations new to the company where a need exists for our services 
- To both central contacts, as well as corporate end-user prospects, the corporate sales team must be able to present the various training solutions, including Total Immersion, Individual Instruction, Corporate Group Instruction (Charter), Cultural Consulting, Company Virtual Classroom, and e-company products and solutions 
- Provide prospective clients and contacts with program proposals and other follow up information as needed 
- Complete sales reports to track and account for all sales activities, including calls, outside appointments, corporate prospect end-user interviews, companies & contacts 

Job Requirements : 
- Bachelor's Degree - 3-5 years of sales experience
- Native fluency in local language 
- Knowledge and use of English (company level) Level 7+, Japanese skills is a plus
 - Positive attitude
 - High level of motivation
